Get to Know Us
Marching Vlogs is the culmination of a shared passion and a vision to celebrate the vibrant world of marching arts. Founded in 2019 by Sergio Bravo and Mark Perret, this platform emerged from a deep love for music, movement, and the incredible stories that unfold within the world of marching arts.

Sergio Bravo, one of our co-founders, was inspired by his own journey within the marching arts. In 2018, Sergio embarked on a unique adventure, running a series of captivating age-out vlogs on Instagram under the username @sergoboyvlogs. These vlogs captured the essence of his final year as a marching arts performer, providing an intimate look into his experiences, challenges, and moments of triumph. The response from the community was overwhelming, and it was during this time that the idea of Marching Vlogs was born.

Mark Perret, our co-founder and consultant, brought a wealth of experience and influence to the creation of Marching Vlogs. As the co-founder of Gridbook Percussion, Mark's innovative work and dedication to the marching arts community helped shape and influence the inception of Marching Vlogs. The collaborative spirit and commitment to artistic expression that defined Gridbook Percussion became an integral part of Marching Vlogs' DNA.

Guided by the success of the age-out vlogs and the combined influence of Gridbook Percussion, Sergio and Mark joined forces to establish Marching Vlogs. What started as a humble passion project quickly evolved into a dynamic platform that celebrates the dedication, artistry, and camaraderie that define the marching arts.

Over the years, Marching Vlogs has grown into a thriving hub where performers, enthusiasts, and artists from all corners of the globe unite to share their stories and experiences. Through captivating videos, interviews, and a vibrant online community, we strive to honor the legacy of marching arts while fostering a space for new stories to be written.
